Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, profile, and onboard contractors in the assigned territory.

  • Drive contractor training, grooming, and product knowledge.

  • Promote new products and increase business engagement with Asian Paints.

  • Conduct site evaluations and provide on-site assistance.

  • Handle contractor queries and maintain regular relationships.

  • Ensure contractors meet requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy.

  • Coordinate with sales and retail teams.

  • Maintain contractor records and prepare reports.

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline with 50%+ marks.

  • Engineers are not eligible.

  • Age below 25 years.

  • Good communication, sales, and convincing skills.

  • Basic MS Office knowledge.

  • English, Hindi & regional language proficiency preferred.

  • Own two-wheeler/bike is mandatory due to extensive field travel.
