Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Retail Sales

Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail outlets daily as per assigned route/beat plan.

Promote and sell products to existing and new retail customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and branding at retail points.

Take orders, ensure timely delivery, and manage stock availability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Provide market intelligence: collect feedback on products, prices, and competitors.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.

Conduct product demos or promotional activities as needed.

Submit daily sales reports and field activity updates to the manager.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, preferably in FMCG/Retail/Consumer Goods.

Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Other Details:

Working Days: 6 days/week

Compensation: [Salary + Incentives + Travel Allowance]

Travel Required: Yes (daily field visits)
