Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new merchants to GPay.

  • Visit inactive merchants and ensure their accounts are reactivated.

  • Conduct regular follow-up visits with active merchants to maintain strong relationships.

  • Increase merchant engagement and GPay transaction activity within assigned territory.

  • Ensure a minimum of 10 merchant visits per day (New + Inactive + Active).

  • Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM/Reporting tools.

  • Achieve monthly targets for onboarding and activation.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

  • Good communication & negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable with field sales and merchant interaction.

  • Smartphone and two-wheeler preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of digital payments (UPI) is an advantage.
