Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales for AAC Blocks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork, customer interaction, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through cold calling, site visits, presentations, and door-to-door meetings

• Identify new customers such as builders, contractors, dealers, and construction sites

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AAC block solutions

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue

• Maintain and regularly update the customer and lead database

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Share regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights with management

Job Requirements

• 2–4 years of field sales experience (building materials preferred)

• Experience in construction materials, AAC blocks, cement, bricks, or similar products is an advantage

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and site visits

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use mobile apps/technology for reporting

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
