Job Description

Conduct daily market visits to onboard new merchants in assigned area
- Explain and sell Paytm payment solutions and onboard merchants end-to-end
- Ensure timely installation of Soundbox/EDC and train merchants on usage
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly acquisition & activation targets
- Address merchant issues, collect feedback, and drive retention
- Maintain daily sales reports and update data in the Paytm working app
- Build strong relationships with merchants to increase transactions
