Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new drivers
and onboarding them onto the platform while also driving local sales and
market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
● Driver Onboarding: Identify and onboard drivers to the
platform, ensuring they meet eligibility criteria.
● Field Sales & Lead Generation: Travel within assigned areas to engage with
potential customers, fleet owners, and driver partners.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers
to ensure their continued engagement and satisfaction with the platform.
● Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales and onboarding targets set by
the company.
● Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities to expand the network
within Chennai.
● Brand Awareness: Promote services to drivers and fleet owners,
explaining the benefits of joining the platform.
● Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all necessary documents for
onboarding is collected and verified as per company policy.
● Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports on onboarding numbers, market
trends, and competitor analysis.
