Roles and Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned individual sales targets.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the allocated region/segment.
Reach out to potential customers via emails and in-person meetings.
Remain adaptable to both tele-sales and field-sales modes, depending on business needs.
Understand client needs and recommend solutions tailored to their business requirements.
Prepare customized proposals and deliver impactful presentations to decision-makers.
Maintain healthy and long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and trust building.
Ensure high standards of professionalism and compliance with the company’s sales processes.
Provide accurate updates on sales pipeline, daily calls, client meetings, and closures in reports/CRM.
Gather competitor insights and market intelligence to help strengthen business strategies.
Take complete ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Act as the single point of contact for clients until successful onboarding.
Perform any additional duties or tasks as assigned time to time.
