Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned shops, markets, or merchant areas daily to onboard merchants with TIDE QR Codes.

• Educate merchants on how the TIDE QR Code works and its benefits for their business.

• Collect and verify required documents and complete the merchant registration process.

• Achieve daily target of 4–5 merchant onboardings.

• Meet the monthly minimum target of 110 successful merchant onboardings.

• Submit daily reports, photos, and onboarding proofs to your Team Leader.

• Ensure all on-boardings meet company quality standards and guidelines.

• Resolve merchant queries and provide after-onboarding support if needed.

• Maintain good relationships with shop owners and local communities.

• Follow company’s field code of conduct, wear company ID card, and maintain a professional approach

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
