Qualification: B.Sc., B.Com ( with maths )

Salary : 15 to 20k + incentive

Job Location : Gurugram

Experience:6 months to 2 years in B2C marketing (preferably with channel partners in aluminum products, escalators, lifts, or air conditioners).

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in B2C marketing, preferably with channel partners in the aluminum, escalator, lift, or air conditioner industries. This role is focused on promoting our premium aluminum products directly to consumers and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies to increase awareness and sales of our aluminum doors and windows.

2. Engage with potential customers through various marketing channels (social media, events, campaigns, etc.).

3. Highlight the benefits of our innovative products, such as Tex-Guard Coating and energy-efficient designs.

4. Collaborate with the sales team and channel partners to support lead generation and conversion.

5. Create and manage engaging content (social media posts, ads, brochures, etc.).

6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing efforts.

7. Assist in organizing promotional events and product demonstrations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 months of experience in B2C marketing (any product sale except loan , credit card sale, insurance) ideally with a background in aluminum products, escalators, lifts, or air conditioners will be preffered.

2. Energetic, proactive, and results-driven personality.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to create and manage marketing content across different platforms.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
