Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal standard operating
procedures, particularly in documentation, verification, and process execution.
• Gold Evaluation & Verification
Accurately assess gold ornaments for weight, purity, and karat value using calibrated
tools and standardized testing protocols.
• Market Intelligence & Product Knowledge
Remain continuously informed about prevailing gold loan policies, lending norms,
industry best practices, and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market.
• Bank Relationship Management
Foster and maintain effective working relationships with partner banks, facilitating
collaborative business development and joint customer engagement.
• Balance Transfer Management
Oversee the end-to-end execution of gold loan balance transfers — from case initiation
and fund disbursement
