Job Responsibility: Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative your primary responsibility is to drive product sales and grow our customer base. You will be representing our innovative gadgets, which includes smart communication devices, safety add-ons, and related accessories. Your main duties include:

• Product Promotion: Actively promote and demonstrate helmet gadgets to customers, highlighting key features and safety benefits.

• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with retail clients, dealers, and end users by understanding their needs and offering suitable product solutions.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing deals.

• Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to provide feedback and improve sales strategies.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market insights using CRM tools or sales reports.

• After-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with product installation, basic troubleshooting, and handling inquiries or concerns.
