Job Responsibility: Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative your primary responsibility is to drive product sales and grow our customer base. You will be representing our innovative line of helmet gadgets, which includes smart communication devices, safety add-ons, and related accessories. Your main duties include:

• Product Promotion: Actively promote and demonstrate helmet gadgets to customers, highlighting key features and safety benefits.

• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with retail clients, dealers, and end users by understanding their needs and offering suitable product solutions.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing deals.

• Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to provide feedback and improve sales strategies.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market insights using CRM tools or sales reports.

• After-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with product installation, basic troubleshooting, and handling inquiries or concerns.
