We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to manage and expand our dealer network across Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Edyell Helmet Bluetooth devices to helmet stores and related accessories retailers. This is a travel-intensive role requiring regular market visits across the state.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage dealer/distributor network across Telangana.
• Identify and onboard new helmet shops and biker accessory stores.
• Promote and sell Edyell Helmet Bluetooth products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and submit daily sales reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.
• Plan territory coverage effectively for maximum sales output.
Target Market:
• Helmet stores
• Two-wheeler accessory shops
• Biker gear retailers
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across Telangana.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
Compensation:
• Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
