Profile Overview IncrediPets is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive (FSE) to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion within the assigned territory. The company will provide qualified leads and customer inquiries, and the primary responsibility of the FSE will be to connect with prospective customers, conduct field visits, build trust, and convert leads into active service bookings. The role involves promoting IncrediPets' pet care services, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy field sales, customer interaction, and working in a high-growth environment. ■ Sales & Business Development • Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and local market outreach. • Promote and sell IncrediPets services including dog training, dog walking, grooming, and paravet support. • Convert company-generated leads into active customers and maximize service bookings. • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory. • Identify market opportunities and recommend growth strategies. ■ Customer Relationship Management • Build strong relationships with pet parents and local communities. • Provide accurate information regarding services and pricing. • Ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience. • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. ■ Reporting & Coordination • Maintain accurate sales records and lead pipelines. • Update CRM systems and sales reports regularly. • Collaborate with operations teams for smooth service delivery. • Provide competitor and market intelligence. ■ Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. • 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition. • Experience in service sales, startup environments, or pet-related industries is preferred. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage territory-based activities.
