Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our dental products to clinics, hospitals, and dental professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships in the dental industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients in the dental sector

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

• Provide market feedback to the sales and marketing teams

• Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Prior sales experience, preferably in medical/dental equipment or related fields

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

• Self-driven and target-oriented
