Relationship Manager – Group Loans

Job Discription:

• Find and bring new loan groups to the company

• Meet groups regularly and build good relationships

• Explain loan details, repayment rules, and company policies

• Check if the group is eligible for a loan

• Help with documents and KYC process

• Support loan disbursement

• Collect repayments and follow up on late payments

• Visit the field to solve customer issues

• Keep records and submit reports to the office

• Make sure loans are repaid on time

Qualification Required:

• 12th Pass/Diploma/Any Graduation/Any Post Graduation

• Age 20 and above

• Freshers and Experienced
