Identify and approach potential clients (companies/HR managers) to offer recruitment services.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Understand client hiring needs and present suitable solutions.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of client interactions, negotiations, and closures.
Represent the company professionally in client meetings and networking events.
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales (experience in placement/recruitment industry is an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and online business platforms.
