Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and acquire new corporate and individual clients for driver services.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

• Build strong relationships with car rental companies, fleet operators, and automobile dealerships.

✅ Client Management & Retention:

• Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Provide customized driver service solutions to meet client needs.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt support and service improvements.

✅ Market Research & Strategy:

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying untapped segments.

Key Requirements:

✔ Proven 3-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
✔ Experience in transport, mobility, automobile, or service-based industries preferred.
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
✔ Leadership and team management capabilities.
✔ Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
