Role – Business Development Associate (BDA)
This is a field sales and relationship management role based in Bangalore. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for visiting automobile dealerships, building strong professional relationships with dealer sales teams, identifying business opportunities, and generating leads. The role involves working closely with new car dealerships to support vehicle exchange and procurement activities.
The company provides complete training, so prior experience is not mandatory. Freshers with good communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
• Visit automobile deaerships on a daily basis.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealer sales teams.
• Generate and follow up on business leads.
• Coordinate with dealers for exchange and procurement opportunities.
