Drive B2B Sales: Actively identify, target, and acquire new accounts and retailers willing to buy hardware products from us in wholesale.
Dealer Appointment & Management: Strategically identify and appoint new dealers in various territories to expand our distribution network across Rajasthan.
Payment Realization: Be responsible for ensuring timely payment realization from all parties, managing accounts receivable efficiently.
Product Expertise: Become an expert in our extensive range of hardware products and solutions, providing in-depth knowledge and demonstrations of brands like Hettich, Godrej, Hafele, Ebco, Abro, Pidilite, etc.
Key Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, understanding their specific requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for our diverse hardware portfolio.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback.
What We're Looking For:
2-5 years of proven, successful experience in B2B sales, specifically within the hardware, building materials, architectural products, or a closely related industry.
Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients, grow existing accounts, and manage dealer networks.
Proven experience in payment realization and credit management from business clients.
Strong knowledge of diverse hardware products and familiarity with brands like Hettich, Godrej, Hafele, Ebco, Abro, Pidilite is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong drive for results.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the broader team.
Commitment to 100% field travel across prioritized districts in Rajasthan.
