Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct daily market visits to retail outlets, distributors, dealers, and other customers within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective market coverage and customer engagement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Generate regular orders from existing customers and identify opportunities for increasing sales.
Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand distribution and market coverage.
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, shelf placement, and merchandising at retail outlets.
Drive sales through General Trade by increasing outlet coverage, order frequency, and customer base.
Implement company-approved schemes, promotions, discounts, and trade offers effectively in the market.
Monitor stock availability, secondary sales, product movement, and SKU-wise performance.
Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes, promotions, and market trends and provide regular feedback.
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams regarding orders, billing, stock availability, and delivery issues.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities as per company policies.
Maintain daily reports covering market visits, sales, orders, outlet coverage, collections, and customer feedback.
Ensure regular coverage of assigned outlets and maintain productive relationships with customers.
Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion within the assigned territory.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager/ASM/RSM to achieve sales, distribution, outlet addition, and market coverage targets.
