Job Summary
We are seeking an active and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales for our residential and commercial air conditioning solutions. In this role, you will conduct on-site inspections, evaluate cooling and ducting requirements, present customized HVAC solutions, and close sales leads directly with clients, contractors, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
Site Visits & Technical Assessment:
Visit residential, commercial, and under-construction sites to assess cooling loads, space dimensions, electrical provisions, and installation feasibility.
Coordinate with technical/installation teams to ensure accurate quotations and workable layouts.
Lead Follow-Up & Conversion:
Actively follow up on inbound inquiries, marketing leads, and showroom referrals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service packages to close deals and meet monthly revenue targets.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, builders, and general contractors to generate recurring site leads.
Serve as the single point of contact for clients from initial site inspection through deal closure.
Quotation & Documentation:
Prepare detailed proposals, commercial quotes, and equipment specifications based on site assessments.
Ensure accurate handover of confirmed orders to the operations and installation teams.
Reporting & Market Intelligence:
Track daily site visits, pipeline progress, and conversion status using CRM tools or daily sales reports (DSR).
Monitor local market activity, competitor pricing, and emerging project developments.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in HVAC, air conditioning (split, cassette, VRV/VRF), MEP, building materials, or consumer durables.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (technical background is a plus).
Skills:
Strong on-site negotiation and sales closing capabilities.
Basic technical understanding of AC tonnage, airflow, and installation layouts.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and two-wheeler/vehicle for daily field travel.
