Sales Executive – Masala Products

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The role is focused on selling our range of masala (spice) products by building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting targets through field visits and lead follow-ups.

Promote and sell masala products through cold calls, in-person visits, and product presentations.
Generate and follow up on leads to close new deals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and local shops.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new market opportunities and plan area-specific strategies.
Provide daily/weekly performance updates to management.
Ensure proper display and visibility of products at retail points.
Collect feedback from the market to improve product placement and performance.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food products.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of local Noida market and retail network.
Ability to work independently and travel within assigned areas.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps (for reporting and lead tracking).
