Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Our data comes from real workplaces: farms, shops, garages, repair workshops, print and craft units, salons. Workers wear a small camera while they do their normal work, and the business is paid for the hours recorded. Every one of those sites starts with someone walking in, speaking to the owner, and getting a yes.

We are hiring Partnerships Associates to be that person Pan India. You will own an assigned zone, visit businesses every day, explain the program in simple terms, sign up owners, and lock in deployment dates for our field team. You will work closely with the Field Operations team and report on your progress every day.

This is not a desk role. You will spend your day on the ground, meeting business owners and their teams.

What You’ll Do

● Visit small and mid-sized businesses in your assigned zone every day across various

categories

● Pitch to owners and managers, answer their questions, and handle the objections

● Sign up businesses and confirm the number of workers and the deployment date for each

site

● Follow up with interested owners until the site is closed, and keep them informed until our

deployment team arrives

● Plan your daily route to cover your area and business categories efficiently

● Hit the visit and closure targets assigned to you each day and each month

● Share what you hear in the field (common objections, which business types say yes,

which areas work) so we can improve the pitch and the plan.

What We’re Looking For

● 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or ground partnerships.

● Comfortable doing on-ground field sales all day, every day, and hitting the target quotas assigned to you.

● Fluent in Hindi and English.

● Valid driving licence for 2 wheelers (Owning 2 wheeler helps).

● Good local knowledge of the city or region you are applying for.

● Honest and disciplined: you log what really happened, show up on time, and follow

through on what you promise owners.

● Available to join immediately and work 6 days a week.

Compensation

● ₹5-5.5 LPA fixed

● Monthly performance incentives on top of fixed pay

● Travel allowance

Interview Process

We review applications on a rolling basis and move quickly.

● 2 to 3 interview rounds

● 1-2 weeks of paid work trial in the field

● Offer after a successful work trial
