Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Paytm is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to drive merchant onboarding, QR code installations, and promote Paytm’s financial products and services. This role involves fieldwork and direct interaction with local businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local shops and markets to onboard merchants to the Paytm platform.

• Promote and install Paytm QR codes at merchant locations.

• Educate merchants about the benefits of using Paytm for digital payments.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for merchant acquisition.

• Provide regular feedback and market insights to the team.

• Ensure proper documentation and verification during onboarding.

• Handle basic troubleshooting for merchants post-onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Diploma/Graduate.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.

• Own a smartphone and have basic knowledge of mobile apps.

• Fresher or candidates with prior sales/field experience are welcome.
