As a Field Sales Executive (FSE) at Paytm, you will be responsible for merchant onboarding, promoting Paytm’s products (QR codes, Soundbox, EDC devices, etc.), and ensuring a high level of merchant satisfaction. This is a field-intensive role with direct customer interaction.
Visit retail stores, local businesses, and merchants to onboard them on Paytm platform.
Promote and install Paytm products (QR Codes, Soundbox, EDC, UPI, etc.).
Educate merchants on product usage, transaction processes, and benefits.
Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance during onboarding.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Provide after-sales support to ensure merchant satisfaction.
Collect market feedback and share insights with the team.
Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, and conversions.
Minimum Qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Age: 18–35 years.
Field sales or merchant acquisition experience preferred (FMCG, telecom, or FinTech).
Must own a smartphone and two-wheeler with valid driving license.
Familiarity with local geography and ability to travel within assigned territory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
