As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the retail network, and ensuring product availability and visibility in your assigned territory. This is a frontline role involving direct interaction with retailers, distributors, and customers.
Identify and onboard new retail outlets and distributors in the assigned territory.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and ensure product availability in market.
Execute trade promotions and schemes as per company guidelines.
Ensure timely collection of orders and coordinate with delivery personnel.
Track and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure visibility and branding of Gyan products at retail points.
Maintain good relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.
Handle product complaints and resolve issues in coordination with the support team.
Educate retailers about Gyan’s products, new launches, and benefits.
Minimum Qualification: 10+2; Graduate preferred (any stream).
Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG/Dairy sales (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and MS Office/Excel.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
