Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales. The role involves regular client visits, lead generation, and maintaining strong business relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B leads through field visits and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Convert leads into business opportunities
Conduct product presentations and explain offerings effectively
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Eligibility Criteria
1–3 years of experience in field sales (B2B preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings
Own 2-wheeler is mandatory with a valid driving license
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Preferred Skills
Experience in building materials / laminates industry
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
