We are looking for energetic Personal to join our team and promote our homeopathic products across AP/TS Karnataka. The role requires candidates who can confidently meet homeopathic doctors, stores, and clinics, explain our product range, collect orders, and help grow our business.
This role is ideal for students, field executives, or anyone looking for flexible earning opportunities.
Visit homeopathic stores, clinics, and doctors as assigned.
Explain company products, pricing, and offers clearly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat sales.
Meet doctors and collect orders regularly.
Identify new prospects and develop creative sales strategies to increase conversions.
Follow up on leads and maintain a proper visit log.
Submit daily performance updates to the management.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Minimum Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Any Degree.
Experience: 0–2 years in field sales (Freshers are welcome).
Familiarity with sales techniques like cold visits, follow-ups, and closing.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Professional behaviour and confidence while meeting doctors.
Ability to use mobile apps/WhatsApp for reporting and communication.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork across designated areas.
