The Sales Executive – Chennai is responsible for driving sales of Homegenie’s building products across the Chennai market by developing dealer networks, managing key customers, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell Homegenie products such as Cool Roof Tiles (Rocotile), UPVC & Design Doors, Windows, Bio Septic Tanks (Bioman), and other building materials.
Identify new business opportunities in Chennai and nearby regions.
Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and architects.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer & Market Management
Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and channel partners.
Conduct regular site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
Coordinate with the production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Collect market feedback and share insights with management.
Submit daily visit reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly performance summaries.
Collections & Compliance
Support timely payment collections as per company policy.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes, pricing, and ethical standards.
