Job Description

Position: Sales Executive – Personal Loan

Department: Personal Loan Sales

Job Responsibilities

Generate Personal Loan business through open market, referrals, and direct sales.
Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Collect and verify customer KYC and income documents.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure quick disbursement and excellent customer service.

Eligibility

Graduate/HSC (as per company policy).
6 months to 3 years of experience in Personal Loan, Credit Card, Business Loan, CASA, Consumer Finance, or Direct Sales.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply (if applicable).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to work in field sales.
