Field Sales Executive

We at Hiring House are looking for vendors or team leaders with an active field team to join our Rapido onboarding project for Auto and E-Rickshaw drivers across major cities.

📍 Locations: Delhi

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Deploy field executives for on-ground driver onboarding

• Assist drivers in documentation and milestone ride completion

• Ensure smooth and verified onboarding process

• Monitor daily performance and report progress

💰 Earning Potential:

Earn up to ₹50,000 per manpower/month

✅ What We Need:

• Ready-to-deploy team (min. 5-10 field executives)

• Prior experience in onboarding/field activation preferred

• Ability to start within 24–48 hours

• Strong coordination and reporting skills
