Field Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and energetic Field Sales Executives to sell Jio QR codes and Soundboxes to local merchants through direct field visits. This is a performance-based role where achieving the minimum sales target is mandatory to qualify for the base salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit shops and businesses to promote and sell Jio QR and Soundbox products.

• Educate merchants about the benefits of using Jio payment solutions.

• Ensure accurate documentation and successful onboarding of merchants.

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly sales targets.

• Maintain and report daily sales activity.

• Provide basic post-sale support to merchants as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate

• Prior field sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory

• Comfortable with door-to-door and in-market sales

• Must own an Android smartphone

• Familiarity with the local area is preferred

• Strong communication skills and target-driven mindset

Salary and Incentives:

• Base Salary: Provided only upon achieving the minimum sales target

• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives for exceeding targets
