Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets through direct field visits. The role involves identifying potential customers, presenting products or services, negotiating deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing clients.
Promote and demonstrate the company's products and services.
Generate leads through market visits, networking, and referrals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and daily visit reports in the CRM or reporting system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer support.
Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of payments, where applicable.
Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
