Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing customers to generate sales.

• Promote company products/services and explain features and benefits.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.

• Gather market insights and report competitor activities.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely payment collection.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• 06–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, telecom, banking, or related industries preferred).

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).

• Willingness to travel extensively.
