Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at PAYTM.. Key Responsibilities:

• A Paytm Field Sales Executive (FSE) for EDC (Point of Sale/Card Swipe) machines is an on-field role focused on merchant acquisition and product deployment. Executives generate leads, install hardware, and onboard merchants. Compensation ranges from ₹26,000 to ₹50,000+ monthly, based on targets, experience, and location. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
• Core Responsibilities
• • Merchant Acquisition: Plan daily market visits to identify local businesses, unorganized retailers, and merchants to sell EDC machines, Soundboxes, and QR codes.
• • Product Deployment & Activation: Install swipe machines at client locations and train merchants on transaction processes, device features, and best practices.
• • KYC Documentation: Complete all necessary on-boarding and verification paperwork for new merchants.
• • Relationship Management: Visit existing merchants to troubleshoot device issues, resolve queries, and drive customer retention.
• • Market Intelligence: Gather feedback on existing offerings and report competitor moves for product enhancement. [1]
• Job Requirements
• • Education: Minimum 10th pass to Graduate, depending on the specific branch or state requirement.
• • Experience: 0–1 year of field sales experience in telecom, banking, retail, or e-commerce; freshers with strong communication and sales skills are highly encouraged to apply.
• • Mandatory Assets: A valid driving license, two-wheeler (bike), and an Android smartphone are strict requirements.
• • Documentation: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account Details.
