Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular field visits, client meetings, and strong coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B clients in target industries
Conduct field visits, meetings, and product presentations to prospective customers
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely order collection
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending payments
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for order fulfillment
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1–5 years of experience in B2B field sales (preferably in building materials, construction, or related industry)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and handle field sales pressure
Good knowledge of local market and client network
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
