We are hiring a Field Sales Executive (Haryana Tools & Tackles ) to expand our customer base in the hardware and safety tools market. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B or retail sales and a strong understanding of industrial products.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retailers, industrial clients, and construction sites to promote our products
Pitch and sell hardware items, tools, PPE (safety gear), and other related products
Generate leads and convert them into orders
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up on payments and repeat orders
Report daily field activity to the sales manager
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
1–3 years of field sales experience. It’s a bonus point if you are experienced in hardware/safety tools sales.
Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
