Urgent requirement for field recruiter .
Location -marathahalli ,electronic city ,kormangla ,hebbal ,whitefield
On-Field Sourcing: Conduct community visits, set up canopy drives, and perform localized grassroots recruiting in high-traffic areas.
Travel & Networking: Travel extensively across designated regions to establish relationships with local hubs, training centers, NGOs, and community leaders.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including on-the-spot screening, initial interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
Mass/Bulk Hiring: Execute rapid hiring campaigns to meet immediate volume requirements, primarily for blue-collar, sales, and field operation roles.
Candidate Management: Guide applicants through onboarding, document collection, and joining formalities directly in the field
