• Outreach & Lead Generation: Utilise strategic cold calling and prospecting to build a qualified pipeline and communicate Harito’s unique value proposition to potential clients.
• Partner Development & On boarding: Proactively "hunt" for new providers, vetting their clinical capabilities and managing their end-to-end integration into our care network.
• Strategic Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends to pinpoint new client segments and prioritize outreach for maximum community impact.
• Resource Management: Bridge the gap between sales and operations by analyzing demand patterns and coordinating with partners for seamless, timely service delivery.
A Day in the Life of inside sales;
• Execute high-impact outreach and lead hunting to build your sales pipeline.
• Manage provider network capacity, vetting new partners or reallocating resources for urgent care requests.
• Lead consultative discovery calls with families and refine strategies based on real-time market feedback.
