• Greet and assist customers in the showroom or on the lot.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

• Explain vehicle features, benefits, and warranties to customers.

• Conduct test drives with potential buyers.

• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales.

• Prepare and process sales documentation and contracts.

• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Collaborate with the finance team to assist with loan or lease options.

• Maintain showroom and display vehicles in good condition.

• Attend regular training sessions and sales meetings.
