Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated and personable Field Sales Agents in Muzaffarpur to join our team. This is a full-time role with flexible working hours. As a Field Sales Agent, you will be responsible for door-to-door visits, describing our organic milk products, conducting product demos, and collecting customer details for follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned areas within Muzaffarpur.

• Explain the benefits of our organic cow milk to potential customers.

• Perform live product demonstrations where applicable.

• Build and maintain a database of interested customers.

• Promote subscriptions and encourage repeat purchases.

• Report daily activity and customer feedback to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass; higher education is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and confident in approaching new people.

• Prior experience in field sales or direct marketing is an advantage.

• Must be a resident of or willing to work in Muzaffarpur.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
