Job Description (JD) – FLS (Financial Life Specialist)

Position: Relationship Officer
Industry: Insurance / BFSI
Channel: Direct Channel

Eligibility Criteria

Age: 25 to 38 years
Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year+
Previous Industry Experience:
- Insurance / BFSI
- Liability Sales Profiles only:
  - FD (Fixed Deposit)
  - RD (Recurring Deposit)
  - CASA
  - Life Insurance (LI)
  - General Insurance (GI)
  - Health Insurance (HI)

Salary Package

CTC: ₹2.25 LPA to ₹3.5 LPA (as per experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and manage new customers through direct sales.
Sell insurance and BFSI liability products as per company guidelines.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Conduct customer meetings and provide suitable financial solutions.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.

Basic knowledge of insurance & BFSI products
