## Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to join our retail expansion team in Sangli. As an FSE, you will be the face of Paytm on the ground, responsible for acquiring new merchants, deploying QR codes, and promoting Paytm’s digital payment solutions (Soundbox, EDC machines, etc.) to local retailers.
## Key Responsibilities
• Merchant Acquisition: Visit retail stores, shops, and local vendors to pitch and onboard them onto the Paytm ecosystem.
• Product Deployment: Install Paytm QR codes and Soundbox devices at merchant locations.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to ensure active usage of Paytm services.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily and monthly onboarding targets.
• Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activities and provide feedback to the local sales manager.
## Candidate Requirements
• Gender: Male candidates only (due to extensive field travel).
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher secondary). Graduate candidates are also welcome.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales (FMCG, Telecom, or Fintech) is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication in Marathi and Hindi; basic understanding of digital payments.
• Assets: Must own a Smartphone and a Two-Wheeler with a valid driving license.
## Salary & Benefits
• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month.
• Incentives: Performance-based weekly and monthly incentives (Uncapped).
• Travel Allowance: Additional fuel/conveyance allowances as per company policy.
