Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team in Gargoti The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively engage in field sales activities to achieve assigned targets.

- Identify potential customers and generate leads.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Qualifications and Skills

- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.

- Experience: At least 1 years of experience in sales (field sales preferred).

- Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.

- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Compensation

- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

Additional Requirements

- Candidate must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Gargoti.

- Should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
