We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Paytm service private limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 11,000 - ₹ 25,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and onboard new merchants for Paytm services such as QR codes, Soundbox, and POS machines.
• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and promote Paytm products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.
• Explain product features and provide demonstrations to customers.
• Assist merchants with onboarding, KYC, activation, and basic issue resolution.
• Collect market feedback and monitor competitors' activities.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and service.
• Increase product adoption and drive business growth in the assigned territory.

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital payment applications.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
