Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our construction sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, and online platforms.

• Meet prospective clients and explain the company's construction services.

• Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer requirements.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of construction, interiors, or real estate sales is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Eligibility

• Minimum 6+ months of experience in Sales, Construction, Real Estate, Building Materials, or Interior Sales.

• Any Graduate or Diploma holder.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred.

• Willingness to travel within Bangalore for client meetings.
