Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our solar sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, understanding their requirements, promoting solar solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, local networking, and other sources.

• Meet residential and commercial customers to understand their solar requirements.

• Explain solar products, system benefits, pricing, ROI, and available schemes/subsidies.

• Conduct customer visits and coordinate for site surveys when required.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain proper records.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year or maximum 5 years of experience in field sales.

• Experience in solar/renewable energy sales will be an advantage.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to confidently interact with customers and handle objections.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Basic knowledge of solar rooftop systems is preferred.

• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.

Compensation

Salary: ₹[20000] – ₹[35000] per month + Attractive Incentives
Incentives: Performance-based

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in B2C/B2B field sales, rooftop solar sales, electrical products, home appliances, real estate, or other technical sales may be considered.
