We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to join our print media division. The role involves generating revenue through client acquisition, maintaining strong relationships, and promoting print advertising solutions to local and regional businesses.
Identify and approach potential clients across assigned territories.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, market networking, and referrals.
Conduct meetings with clients to understand their advertising needs and propose suitable print media solutions.
Present advertising options, rate cards, packages, and promotional offers.
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Upsell and cross-sell print advertising products.
Maintain strong relations with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Provide after-sales support and address any client issues promptly.
Share ad proof copies, collect feedback, and coordinate with internal teams for ad releases.
Track local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Identify new business segments and opportunities.
Share market insights with the management team regularly.
Coordinate with the ad operations and circulation teams for seamless ad execution.
Maintain daily sales reports, visit logs, lead status, and revenue updates.
Participate in weekly sales reviews and planning meetings.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in print or media advertising.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle field work extensively.
Good market knowledge and client-handling ability.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
