Daily visit to customers based on leads allocated (in case of Tele-Appointment/Renewal)
Conducting appliance health checkup and demo of appliances.
Sale of appliances & annual maintenance contracts to consumers.
Resolving customer queries and handling first level escalations,if any.
To incite customers for exchange of their old appliances.
